ITL has changed its name from Romix Far East Limited to Infrastructure Technologies Limited and wherever we have a statutory presence. No other statutory details for the company have changed and Romix Holdings or any of their entities has no equity or management interest in the company.

The name change reflects how we have expanded and grown our business from a specific product for road stabilisation to offering a wider range of products and services for road and water infrastructure related applications.

This represents our continuous efforts to broaden the commercial activities in delivering credible infrastructure services and products for pavement, road and water infrastructure. We will continue to work with our existing product ranges and partnerships, while expanding our offering with those products and services that compliment and enhance our business model.

ITL looks forward to working with its existing partners and delivering new and innovative technologies for road and water infrastructure application in the Far East.
